I went in to get an oil change. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. The service was done quickly while I waited in store. While I was waiting, I could hear the person at the front desk providing honest and friendly mechanical feedback to customers calling/stopping in. I will be using this shop in the future.

We had a tire that was low on air today. I went to BJ's wholesale but their air pump was out of order. We went over to Monro on Triphammer Rd and Chris was very helpful and willing to put air in it for us. He was very friendly and very willing to help do it for us. Thank you Chris!

We chose to change the oil and four-wheel alignment, but the oil screw was not tightened, which caused the oil cover to fall off. Good news, the next day I went to the store to ask, they helped me solve the problem for free, I am very grateful.

I brought my car in for my brakes and got great service at a great price from the great people at Triphammer Monro. Highly recommend! (I've similarly been satisfied with other services on my cars that they've provided over the years although this is the first time I've actually gotten on the website to write a review for them)

I chose this place for my inspection because of the convenient location. They got me an apt quickly and my inspection was done within 1.5 hours. I was very satisfied with my experience until I got in my car. I have two car seats and when I got in my car I saw that one of them was unhooked and upside down on top of the other car seat, my third row was up ( it was down when I dropped it off ) and all of the seatbelts in my car were fastened. I was quite confused. I’m assuming they had to detach the one car seat to get into my third row ?? Not sure. I wasn’t given a heads up that they detached the car seat and that I would need to put it back. I feel like they should have taken the extra TWO seconds to unbuckle my seatbelts, put my third row back down and let me know if they aren’t legally allowed to reattach the car seat ( not sure if that’s the case or someone was just being lazy???) One of the latches to the other car seat was also detached and I didn’t realize it for a whole day as well.
